    One of the main problem in SF it's a view of tanks. They always looks as right immediately were bought in the shop.

    There was a mod which was called Muddy and Dusty Textures Mod for SF made by Tanx back in 2009.But it only applies to the base models of SF which were available then. As the name indicates it made the tanks look dusty....

    Thank u Frinik for the link, but I meant the processes when texture of tanks getting muddy and dusty. AFAIK this feature will be implemented in the "Mius front".
    Though, would be good idea to make tank texture already dirty.

    There are some additional screenshots.
    My tank was severely damaged: all crew members dead, turret rotating, gunsight, engine, all steers except back. That's why I had to shift on the back steer and moved back to front.


    In the gunsight is a fueltruck.


    Try to find the last two airplanes.


    No go. Sdkfz.7 done his job.

    Last time I decided to implement a new object "Barbed fence". So, it'll take a while to place them properly.
    Barrels with fuel are surrounded with barbed fence.

    Mission is getting closer to the finish! But tanks M4A2/75, M3 `Grant`, truck Bedford still needs to be adjusted more properly. So, we need to wait.

    Finally, we got truck "Bedford" in game! Truck belongs only to British side. There are two camo available:
    - green (default)
    - yellow (Africa weather mod)
    Inside truck there are 10 places for the desant/motorized infantry squad.


    There are left:
    - M3 "Grant" (model is ready, but still didn't place in game)
    - M4A2/75 (already put in the game, but needs 3D model adjustment and final code tunning)

    3d model of the M4A2 finally adjusted and tank completely ready for the mission. There is still issue with M3 "Grant". Hope I'll resolve it during next couple days.
    Unfortunately, our main coder will73 is out of business. He is not retired, but can't take part in the project STA at this moment.

    OK, finally I've made all animations for the M3 "Grant" members crew. There are left to adjust: armor map, cameras, weapons and final tunning of the 3d model, which will be done by Donken.

    Meanwhile tank M3 "Grant" has received a desant/motorized infantry - 6 soldiers with TWO NEW animations!
    Of course, these animations are just a candies and doesn't effect a gameplay at all, but I'm sure it'll bring more great atmosphere to the game.

    Mission is almost ready. I just need to be sure that 3d model of the M3 "Grant" has tuned finally.
    And this is a short video before mission d/l. Video was made on the base of documentary movie "Gladiators of World War II - The Desert Rats".
    I used video editor "Wondershare" to make video with coder "MediaCoder" to transfer it to the game *.ogg format.
    Soundtrack was taken from internet. Don't have idea who is author, but I really appreciate his sound!

    Last time minute I decided to add a bit more randomizing to the game and equipped another British autogunner with a gun THOMPSON. I forced game to pick up randomly infantryman with STEN or THOMPSON gun, but good wishes leads to the bad consequences Smile
    I've got two completely new types of the sever errors "thanks" to this innovation geek
    Anyway, errors fixed and report - how to fix them already noted in appropriate topic.

    Good result, Gentlemen!
    This mission took me almost three months! There are a couple ways to finish the mission. I prefer go straight forward through both defence lines! Usually, I've only my tank to get the "mission completed" Very Happy

    Did someone manage to execute optional task: kill German pilots before they escape?
    I may say sincerely I did it only once geek
