    Gameplay and game controls

    Good day, I've installed SF, STA 3.2 and all necessary updates and MODs, got into first battle on Tiger and all that i can do is driving forward and reverse, left and right, external camera is controlled only by keyboard and it's very uncomfortable, so, i understand, that i don't know gameplay and game cotrols, i don't even know how to switch to sniper mode  Embarassed, as geoweb doing in almost his videos (this videos are really good and interesting, also as his install tutorials), and i'm studying now Gunnery manual for Beginners, Steel_Fury_User_Manual_11, Game review and trying to memorize this control tip by 33lima:

    Please options are not saved between sessions? Created a new profile, make some changes in options (like no music while playing) but when I enter again the game the options are back at "default" Question

    I think options file is this one "config.engcfg" at "Steel Fury - Kharkov 1942\data\k42\loc_rus\config" and is write protected. mmm... that have to be the trick, but dont want to change is and broke something here, thanks!

    ps: using the mod "aspect_16-9_STA3.2_v.7.5.rar" that has that cfg inside

    Fercyful, uncheck feature readonly config.engcfg. Folder is config.

    There will be a new version of the "16:9 aspect monitor". The number of the flags in the main menu corresponds to the number of the sides presented in the STA3.3 mod.

    Hello People,
    because i allways can't ask Lockie, i ask on this way:
    i have installed SMM2.7, Polygone, STA3.2, 4GB Patch, last Update & PantherA-Cockpits. All runs good, but i can't use the three Mouse-buttons to navigate or target on views? when i save the Buttons in Menu it works, on Map it works too, allways when i in Views like assign Targets(F) as Commander on turret no Mouse-button works?!
    Maybe someone can help me...another way is to ask Lockie, but i will let him some holyday Wink

    Thanx, but didn't work,
    i have choosen new Profil...but same pale
    i hope someone know solution, please help bom
    Problem is: when i Chose maybee 'F'-Button to assign commandos it works, when i choose maybe middle-mousebutton he acepted in menu but doesn't work (in Game) as Commander. Same is with left&right Buttons from Mouse. In Menu: Buttons accepted(...and worked in menus), but in real Game (on Missions without Map or Menu) Mousebuttons doesn't work...only on Map?! i think ist a easy Problem, but i didn't know solution ;(

    config works now have installed last monitorsolution(aspect19-6)mod & create than new profil...i think this is problem in Jay too, maybe he has fix it allready

    Smile You need a clear installation once more. I can't help with a third key mouse. Mine is two keys.
    STA3.2 mod is quite stable, if you follow to the recommended installation order.

    Unfortunately, except candy u wont see anything more. Firethrower can't set on fire the ground and units. Well, of course it's better than nothing Smile

    - future mission "Cologne Panther"
