    The problem is that I am unable to translate comments in config file and I suspect many of you as well, to read what some of the values mean because the translation of the Russian original text came out as gibberish in English.

    1) in the I texman entries what do 2 -1 and 0m stand for. I can't make it out because the Russian characters did not come out right

    These entries you'll find the list below here are in fact defaulted to 0 which is compressed. Not sure why? To save space?  I experimented with values set at 1 and 2 and not much difference in appearance just a gain of a few fps. I set the flora value to 1. You can try changing them all and test on your own installation.

    Here's the entry for the defrender :

    1)What is the difference between shadowmap and planemap for example?

    2) What is the text above the no restrict option?

    3)What does the "no restrict "do in game?

    4) What about the smooth option. If you enter the value 1 instead of the default 0 what does it do in the game?
