    Hi,
    i got a problem with tigers mission.
    When I try to lunch the tiger campaign or the tiger missions the game crash.
    Here the mods that I'm using:


    i'm doing something wrong?

    Thanks for the tips about widescreenfix. 8 do I need to install june update?

    Anyway I got crashes with the tiger campaign
    With the battle of village bocage 1&2 with this error
    Code:

    001: Error initialization program.

    You may not have the map enabled properly. Go to the Camp folder.

    Here's the path: E:\SF STA 1.0v4 July 2015 Winter STA 1.82\data\k42\loc_rus\levels\LEVELS\camp

    Open the Camp folder look for the user_regpoly. engcfg file .Open it with notepad. Add the following line:

    sta_villers_bocage; to the list maps in that file and save and exit. Launch the mission.

    In the mission briefing is said that you need to use the "scorching summer mod" and not the winter one. I try to look at hte loc_rus folder but the "scorching summer mod" doen't have a level folder.

    What is that "tiger campaign"?

    The series of missions with tiger H that starts with the one named Nepokrytoe. I thought would be a series of missions. Or is just one? This one crashes at 99% loading.

    Do u mean Campaign "Nazi power"? If so, it is available only for STA 2/3.x

    Do the other missions whether vanilla or the gmp ones work? Is it only the Tiger campaign or anything related to the Tiger that crashes?

    I also thought that. But another mission (a sherman one set on Normandy, don't remember now the exactly name now, crash same way.). Maybe I could re download GMP?
    Meanwhile I'm downloading 1.2 version I'll try with that.

    EDIT:

    Just finished to install 1.2. Problem solved no crash at all.

    Try this fix. It should remove bugged compass from loader/mgunner interface.

    7. Any Weather Mod (optional)

    If fix works good, I'll place it on the first page.

    There is another link "Both version" with STA1.0 (direct d/l from 4share) or u may use Japan mod. It is almost the same, but with a new tanks added:

    STA2.x is available only for the beta-testers and through donation. Mod is under password. Direct d/l is available only for TSF members.

    I currently have the STA 1.0 installation "For Any Version" up to the Sept 2015 Update. All I need to do then is use the mod enabler to slip in the "v04_fixSTA1.2_june2016"? Is that correct?

    I'd gladly donate, except I'm unemployed right now and the significant other would not be too happy about discretionary spending (She has my credits cards until I find suitable employment). You and your team certainly deserve something for all the work you put into this game.

    4:3 fix?

    Hello. I've recently installed STA 1.2 with all updates, and noticed it is forcing 16:9 aspect ratio... How can I fix that so it is 4:3 again? (I have a 1024x768 monitor)

    Hope someone can help me

    Can't wait to play with the KV-2 Razz

    Try this aspect 4/3, 1280:1024. It is from STA2.1. Hope this works for STA1.x also.
    Download.
    Install the last in line.

    I've found a bug. At least in the KV-2, the sight of the cannon never displays what it should, i.e., you don't see what is in front of the cannon, but what is to the right or the left of it (I don't remember)...

    Was stuff like this fixed in the newer paid releases?

    It's impossible, KV-2 exist ~5years and mentioned bug would be fixed a long time ago. I think there is a question with a periscope. U've to press key "O" to align gunsigt to the gun' direction. Try mission:
    Operation "Thunder", N39, GMP1.45

    I'm downloading the first mission pack to check "Thunder", haha.
    It would be great if someone made a KV-2 1939 model with some Winter War missions

    By the way, are there winter missions on any of the missions packs? Or in STA 2.2/3.x?

    Currently 1.2 remains the most stable release, right?

    I'll probably donate soon just for the sake of giving support, but I don't know if it will be this month

    You can turn any mission you like into a winter one by simply downloading a winter season mod and enabling it into the JSGME.

    There has been a discussion about creating a Finn Winter War mod for SF but it did not go anywhere.

    By the way the O key you'll have to use with any of the KV tanks as the moment you switch position inside the tank the gun is no longer aligned with the optics. I guess it's a way to recreate the fact that the Soviet ergonomics disadvantaged the crew as the commander had to act as the loader as well.
