I like this movie. It is from "V boy idut odni stariki"/"Only Old Men Are Going to Battle".

    with subtitles in English.

Read the reviews and it looks like a good flick, will have to search this one out.

Recently picked up the movie Stalingrad (1993) and found it to be lacking a decent storyline compared to movie such as The Iron Cross or When Trumpets Fade.

From what information there is about the movie, it seems that is a real Panther.

    From two sites...

Unusually for war films, it used a variety of authentic armoured vehicles used by both sides, including Russian T-34 and T-34/85's, as well as German Sturmgeschütz III, Panzer IV and a Schwimmwagen.

World War II Film "TANK BRIGADE" Combat Scenes-Eastern Front with authentic MG42, T34, Pz.IV, PPSh41, Panther
    and DP27.

lockie... Suppose, this is unique movie, which has an original Panther.

There is the British movie "They Were Not Divided" that has a large number of tanks including a real Tiger and a Panther. The Panther is only briefly shown.

Quote... A large number of actual World War II armoured vehicles are featured or make brief appearances, including scenes featuring a German Tiger tank and a disabled Panther.

The Czechoslovak Army did repair a number of Panthers.

Quote... However, by 1952, the T-34/85 production was already underway and in the end, only 32 vehicles were completely repaired before the whole contract got cancelled in early 1952.

Also a little more info concerning the Panther's used in the movie "Tankova Brigada".

QQuote... It's worth noting that a few real Panthers were used in the 1955 Czech movie called "Tanková brigáda" (that's where the initial picture is from). Some were also used as practice targets for gun tests and at least one was completely destroyed during test firing of captured German 128mm FlaK.
